SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER APAC REGION

Responsibilities:
-
Be in charge of a network of partners and attached sales revenue in the area
-
Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance
-
Develop sales strategies for several brands and product lines to acquire new customers or clients
-
Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization
-
Responsible for not only selling but also cultivating effective business relationships with partners or clients
-
Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
Education and Experience
-
Business degree or related professional qualification
-
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in B to B business preferably in the broadcast field
-
Proven track record
-
Proven experience in customer relationship management
-
Utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing
Skills:
-
Fluent in English (any other Asian language will be a key advantage)

Excellent communications skills both oral and written
-
Good team player able to work in a multicultural small team

Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service

Interest in new technologies and high-tech products is a must

Strong ability to coach partners to higher performance

Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes
