  • Be in charge of a network of partners and attached sales revenue in the area

  • Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance

  • Develop sales strategies for several brands and product lines to acquire new customers or clients

  • Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization

  • Responsible for not only selling but also cultivating effective business relationships with partners or clients

  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives


Education and Experience

  • Business degree or related professional qualification

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in B to B business preferably in the broadcast field

  • Proven track record

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management

  • Utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing



  • Fluent in English (any other Asian language will be a key advantage)

  • Excellent communications skills both oral and written

  • Good team player able to work in a multicultural small team

  • Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service

  • Interest in new technologies and high-tech products is a must

  • Strong ability to coach partners to higher performance

  • Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes

  • Result oriented

  • Negotiation skills
