DIGIGRAM APPOINTS A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM

Three Executive Directors to meet an ambitious company strategy

Montbonnot, France, January 18th, 2021 – The French audio equipment manufacturer Digigram has announced the appointment of a new management team, effective in January. Three company Senior Executives step up as Directors:

FLORENCE MARCHAL

Florence Marchal is appointed as Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Legal Affairs. A senior Digigram staff member, Florence has gained a 360° expertise since she joined Digigram in 2000 and became the company’s CFO.

NANCY DIAZ CURIEL

Nancy Diaz Curiel is appointed as Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications. Since 2010, Singapore-based Nancy has overseen Asian & Pacific operations including products distribution. While remaining in Singapore, Nancy’s new role will include the supervision of teams and projects worldwide, always injecting her legendary energy to create new momentums for Digigram.

XAVIER ALLANIC

Xavier Allanic, Digigram’s current VP Sales EMEA & Americas since 2018, steps up as Director of operations. A fresh addition to Digigram team of Executives, Xavier will now oversee the company’s general operations and supervise R&D projects, as well as customer support and manufacturing.

JÉRÉMIE WEBER

Jérémie Weber, company CEO since 2017, remains Chairman of Digigram Group. This position now allows him to better focus on the Group’s global strategy, oversee investment prospects, growth projects and secure relations with shareholders. A seamless working relation with the newly appointed Directors ensures that forthcoming projects are aligned with the company’s vision and values, as Weber acknowledges “I am very pleased that Digigram’s operating capacity is fully deployed with this new organization, as we engage towards unfolding our vision and perspective for the coming years”. About the Executive triumvirate, Weber adds “For I have worked in the past with each of them, I am convinced that Florence, Nancy and Xavier’s bond as a team will flawlessly turn the company’s projects into success stories”.

An evolution consistent with a company roadmap designed for development

Since he was appointed, Jérémie Weber undertook to unfold and spark the potential of the French historical audio equipment manufacturer founded in 1985. Accordingly, this change brought to the organizational chart only fosters his ambitions for Digigram.

In the past years, the company’s endeavors have led to expanding the product ranges thanks to a solid policy of products distribution, accelerating the developments and release of professional audio IP solutions, and addressing new markets and users’ needs, focusing recent efforts on the remote broadcasting segment.

The company roadmap for the next years supports these new directions “our ambition for Digigram is to strengthen its position as a key player and expand its structure to become a reference in the audio industry” says Jérémie Weber. “Our target is to deliver Digigram branded solutions acknowledged as the simplest to use and the most reliable on the market, along with Digigram products’ longstanding reputation” he adds.

Digigram currently has 45 employees in France and Singapore and maintained a fair level of export and domestic activity in 2020 despite a fragile context worldwide due to the pandemic. The professional audio market acclaimed its IP-based audio contribution solutions (IQOYA range) for their continuous and agile support to the broadcast industry in times of lockdown. Swiftly deployed, the IQOYA range featured Digigram signature user-friendliness and reliability to enable the media to remote broadcasting seamlessly.
