IQOYA SERV/LINK- Support
IQOYA SERV/LINK is a 1U multi-channel IP audio codec that supports up to 128 I/O channels. It can be used either in program distribution mode, or in live remote broadcasting mode. The working mode can be selected from the WEB interface embedded in the product.
Distribution mode
IQOYA SERV/LINK allows for multi-format/bitrate encoding and multi-protocol streaming of the inputs. Each input (mono or stereo) can be encoded in up to 8 formats/bitrates. Supported streaming protocols are RTP (raw, or with MPEG-TS encapsulation for DVB), Icecast/Shoutcast, HLS multi-bitrate and RIST.
3 decoding priorities are available for the decoding, with automatic switching between priorities according to the availability of the audio source. Sound files and playlists can be saved to the internal disk-on-module for local backup.
Remote broadcasting mode
IQOYA SERV/LINK supports from 4 to 64 full-duplex mono and/or stereo remotes in SIP, direct SIP, or symmetrical RTP. It is part of IQOYA CONNECT, the Digigram connection service and WEB platform for reliable and secure broadcast quality remote communications.
Firmware updates
IQOYA SERV/LINK firmware can be remotely updated from its WEB GUI. New firmware versions can be applied to units that are covered by a support and maintenance contract. Note that the subscription to the first level of support & maintenance contract (“Extended Warranty ++”) is free of charge for the first two years of purchase of the units.
Note that the User Manual can be accessed directly on the IQOYA SERV/LINK using the WEB Interface.
