IQOYA X/LINK-MPX – Support
IQOYA X/LINK-MPX is an IP codec designed for the transport of the analog or digital MPX signal from a studio to transmitters over IP networks. The MPX signal can be transported uncompressed or compressed. The support of µMPX compression is optional.
IQOYA X/LINK-MPX firmware can be remotely updated from its WEB GUI. New firmware versions can be applied to units that are covered by a support and maintenance contract. Note that the subscription to the first level of support & maintenance contract (“Bronze” level) is free the first year as of date of purchase of the units.
How/where to find IQOYA X/LINK-LE's IP address?
If you don’t know the IP addresses of your IQOYA X/LINK-LE and do not want to reset it to factory settings, here is how you can retrieve the IP addresses: Insert an empty, formatted SDHC card in the front panel SD card reader. Restart IQOYA by powering it OFF/ON. You will find the IP addresses indicated on the SDHC card at startup at /iqoya_link/IP_addresses.txt. Remove the SDHC card once startup is completed, insert it in the SD card reader of a PC to read the ip_addresses.txt file.
What type of SD card can I use with the IQOYA X/LINK range?
Good news! IQOYA X/LINK supports any SDHC cards (max capacity 32 Gbytes). Please note that SDXC cards (>=64 Gbytes) are not supported.
